[Spark's voice has a soothing calmness to it, almost as though he's speaking to not just the person but the person deep inside. Within the audio, bells rung at regular intervals and rhythms can be heard amongst some kind of generic yet calming music. The music reminds me of something you'd hear at a spa. It's weird. I'm glad Luna's not able to hear this.]
Spark - Can I have your attention please? My name is Spark Supernova Estelle, the COMMANDER of Nova Heart. If you’ve noticed, much has changed in our fair city. No longer does the Moon or the Sun have any power over us. Instead it is now a city run by the people, for the people! As you’re likely aware, I am from the Estelle family. A family steeped in history, the ones who shaped this very land nearly 70 years ago now! Despite our challenges, we’ve returned back to full strength.
With all of that out of the way, I wish to welcome you all to the rebirth of Nova City! The name may still be Capital City, for now anyway, but we will be slowly rebuilding all that the Sun and Moon destroyed in the coming months. Those in Australis District will see a massive change very very soon, a plan to restore it to its former glory. No longer will it be our destestable slums. Solar and Lunar Districts will also be getting a makeover as well, though obviously, if you've been there it's already mostly complete! The same goes for Borealis.
Now dear citizens, you may be asking now what about Central District? That is our new headquarters. Nova Heart and the Agency of Arcane Affairs will now be headquartered here in Nova Heart District. Our headquarters, The Galaxy Tower is being constructed as we speak, and with our speed, it should be done soon. To those who are new. To those who are old. We all invite you, as the Estelle Family, to come explore Galaxy Tower when it's complete and learn for yourself. LEARN OUR TRUTH, and learn more about our family name.
